testing winter conditions

We kick off the racing season at Driffield for round one of the British cross country championship, Mother Nature sure had a hand to play with Snow , ice and rain which made the track very difficult for all riders.

Team rider Jake running in the small wheel class (Youth B) had a tribble start with the bike not starting on the line, After a few minutes he got going and started to catch the riders up and passing a few putting him in 7th place, after a quick pit stop mid race jake found his rhyme and was gaining speed but unfortunately got a puncture and had to cruise for the last few laps finishing in 6th place.

Next event we are attending is Round one of the ACU British extreme championship at Hapton 25th January
